Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between a screen, an extra profile and a full Crunchyroll account?
A screen is a shared profile within a multi-user account. An extra profile or “extra member” is an invitation added to the seller’s plan. A full account gives you exclusive access. Review each listing before buying because sellers may offer one or more formats.
How can I pay for Crunchyroll from Latin America?
Sellers may accept USDT, Binance Pay. Choose from the methods enabled by that seller at checkout. Payment goes directly to the seller; Gudfy does not process or hold the money.
What warranty do I have if the account stops working?
Each listing states its warranty period, typically 7 to 30 days. If the account fails during that period, you can open a dispute, attach evidence and review the seller’s proposed solutions. Gudfy records the case but does not hold funds or guarantee refunds.
How quickly will I receive my Crunchyroll access after paying?
It depends on the seller’s delivery method. “Instant delivery” usually means minutes to a few hours, while “manual delivery” has a deadline stated in the listing. Use the order chat to contact the seller directly.
Why are prices lower than the official subscription?
Gudfy is a P2P marketplace. Sellers may share subscription capacity or buy credits wholesale and resell them individually. Direct payment can also reduce international card and currency-conversion costs.
Can I choose another seller if I have a problem?
Yes. If a purchase fails, use the warranty and dispute flow for that order, then choose any seller for your next purchase. Ratings and reviews help you assess a seller’s history before buying.
