Gems are Gudfy's internal balance for covering the 10% selling fee. Your first successful sale has no Gudfy fee; after that, you can top up gems when needed. Publishing does not use gems.
Do I need to top up gems before publishing?
No. Publishing is free and your first successful sale has no fee. From the next sale onward, you need enough gems to cover the 10% fee when accepting an order.
What is the difference between a primary and secondary account?
A primary account generally lets the buyer activate the game on their main console and play offline with their own profile. A secondary account normally uses the seller’s session and is usually more affordable. You choose the type, region and mode for each listing.
Which consoles and games can I sell?
You can sell offers for PS5, PS4, Xbox, Nintendo Switch and PC, plus memberships such as Xbox Game Pass and PlayStation Plus. If a game is missing, submit it for review.
Do I need identity verification or KYC to sell?
You can start publishing without KYC. Completing identity verification adds a trust badge, but it is not required for gaming listings.
What happens if there is a dispute or the account stops working?
The buyer can open a dispute during the warranty period you stated. The seller is responsible for replacement or refund under those terms. Gudfy keeps the order and evidence and may apply platform measures, but does not hold funds or guarantee a refund.
