P2P Marketplace terms

These terms explain the responsibilities of buyers and sellers who use Gudfy to arrange direct transactions.

1. Nature of the service

Gudfy operates a marketplace where registered users can publish and buy digital products from one another. Gudfy acts only as the software platform: it is not a party to a transaction, does not hold funds, does not authenticate listed accounts and is not a payment intermediary.

2. Seller responsibilities

Sellers must comply with all of the following requirements.

  • Publish only accounts or products that are legally in their possession.
  • Describe each account truthfully, including duration, type and limitations.
  • Honor the stated warranty and replace failed accounts during the declared warranty period.
  • Respond in good faith to buyer questions and disputes.
  • Coordinate with the buyer only through Gudfy's internal chat.

3. Buyer responsibilities

Buyers must comply with all of the following requirements.

  • Pay the seller directly through the seller's selected payment method before uploading a receipt.
  • Upload only a genuine and legible receipt for a payment that was actually made.
  • Do not publish third-party personal data or use the platform for fraud.
  • Review the seller honestly after the transaction.
  • Coordinate with the seller only through Gudfy's internal chat.

3 bis. Communication between the parties

Requesting or sharing WhatsApp numbers, phone numbers, social-media accounts or any other external contact channel is prohibited in questions and answers, proposals or internal order chat. All buyer-seller communication must remain in Gudfy's internal chat so that a transaction record is preserved. Violations may lead to suspension.

4. Payments and funds

All payments are made directly between buyer and seller through the methods published by the seller, such as Binance Pay or bank transfer. Gudfy never receives, processes, retains or holds marketplace transaction funds.

5. Disputes

Disputes are resolved directly between the parties. Gudfy does not mediate, issue refunds, provide guarantees or take coercive action for either party. Public reviews are the principal protection mechanism because repeated negative reviews reduce a seller's credibility.

Gudfy may suspend accounts that show repeated patterns of abuse, but it cannot guarantee the recovery of funds.

6. Prohibited content

Users may not publish any of the following content.

  • Accounts obtained through fraud, including stolen cards or phishing.
  • Descriptions containing offensive, pornographic or illegal material.
  • Third-party personal data, including an email address or phone number that does not belong to the publisher.
  • Products that violate the original platform's terms of use; the user assumes the associated risk.
  • WhatsApp numbers, phone numbers or any external contact information in listings, descriptions, questions, proposals or order chat.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gudfy is not liable for direct, indirect or consequential damage arising from marketplace use, including loss of money, account failure, seller non-performance or fraudulent use by another user.

8. Account suspension

Gudfy may temporarily or permanently suspend a user who violates these terms, with or without prior notice. Pending orders associated with a suspended account are automatically canceled.

9. Changes

Gudfy may update these terms. Changes take effect when users are notified through the platform. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Acceptance requirement

Accepting these terms is required to publish or buy in the marketplace. Users who do not agree must not use marketplace functionality, but may continue using other parts of Gudfy without restriction.
