1. What is this service
The “Supplier records” tool at /kit/reputacion is a collaborative tool where Gudfy users report experiences with digital account providers in LATAM. Reports are uniquely identified by whatsapp numbers o Telegram public aliases — commercial identifiers that the supplier uses publicly to sell.
2. Gudfy is a neutral platform

Gudfy does not independently verify each fact narrated; What we verify before approving a report is that it exists evidencia razonable (capturas, links) que respalda lo dicho. Los reportes no son afirmaciones de Gudfy on the conduct of the supplier.
3. Moderation policy
Every report goes through a human moderation queue antes before publication. We approve a report when:
- The reporter has a verified account on Gudfy.
- At least one piece of evidence (image or link) is attached.
- The description is coherent, without gratuitous defamatory language, and of reasonable length.
- We do not detect spam patterns or mass reports against the same provider.
We reject reports that: (a) lack evidence, (b) contain personal data of third parties (RUTs, addresses, etc.), (c) have unsubstantiated defamatory content, (d) appear to be reports coordinated by competition.
4. Supplier's right to reply
Every reported person has the right to:
- Claim your profile verifying that it controls the identifier (WA/Telegram) via OTP sent to the Gudfy admin.
- Reply publicly to any report once the claim is verified.
- Pedir takedown of the file or a specific report without the need for a Gudfy account. We respond to requests within a maximum of 72 business hours.
5. Procedimiento de takedown
The supplier (or a third party that it considers affected) can request takedown by completing the form in the supplier's public file. Valid causes:
- Incorrect identifier: el WA/Telegram reportado no es del solicitante.
- Solicitud del titular: The provider requests that its public file be deleted (we consider case by case if there are active reports).
- False or defamatory report: the requester can provide evidence that the report misrepresents the facts.
If the removal request is approved, we delete or anonymize the profile and notify the original reporter.
6. Responsabilidad del reportante
When sending a report, the user truthfully declares that the facts are true and the evidence is genuine. Reports that prove to be false lead to:
- Deletion of the report and future user reports.
- Temporary or permanent suspension of the Gudfy account.
- In extreme cases (organized defamation, extortion), legal actions for defamation.
7. Personal data
We only accept public business identifiers– The WhatsApp or Telegram alias that the provider uses to do business. We do not accept reports that include: full names, addresses, RUT/ID, photographs of the person, or information that the provider has not made public on a commercial basis. Reporters must anonymize evidence that contains this type of data.
8. Privacidad de la evidencia
The original images of evidence They are never public — only the admin moderator sees them. What appears in the provider's public file is a compressed thumbnail with watermark "Reported on gudfy.com/kit". The originals remain private as support for the moderation process.
9. Implied acceptance
By using the background tool — whether searching, reporting, claiming or requesting takedown — the user accepts these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
10. Changes and jurisdiction
These terms may be updated to better reflect the reality of the service. Material changes are announced on the landing page. For legal conflicts, applicable jurisdiction is the operational headquarters of Gudfy (Colombia).
